“Taking pictures is savouring life intensely, every hundredth of a second.” - Marc Riboud

Since the dawn of time, people have been telling stories. The art of storytelling is an essential part of being human. We all have a need and desire to share our ideas and experiences with others, whether it be the passing down of cultural traditions, history or through creative work. Sharing stories is part of our DNA.

I come from a long line of story tellers and ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved hearing all about different places, characters and discovering how various plots unfold. I could almost see it all happening before my eyes. It did not matter to me whether the narrative was fictitious or real. Today, I see the same amazement in my children’s eyes, and I find this as mesmerizing as the tale itself.

My storytelling extends into my photographic work as a genre. As a documentary photographer, I aim to produce a narrative through my images. I capture personalities, events and themes in a natural and unspoilt way so that their story can be re-told accurately for years to come.

From newborn photography to family celebrations, I really enjoy being able to immortalise special memories like these which hold so much emotion and so much importance for my clients. I opt for a natural non-intrusive approach to produce authentic snapshots.

I am fully committed to offering a professional and high-quality service to ensure all of your memories are caught beautifully so that they tell your story the way you remember it.

I have different packages to suit different events and budgets so please do get in touch to tell me your story.

My Style

They say a picture can tell a thousand stories... As a documentary and portrait photographer, my aim is to tell the truth about your story. I document an event through pictures. This takes the shape of a collection of images with a running narrative for the viewer: wedding photography, pregnancy photoshoot, family photoshoot, social and corporate events photography.

I like to keep my work as natural and un-staged as possible. I do not work with props or specific studio sets unless it is requested. My style is to make myself invisible and capture memories in the making to ensure that I can deliver them to you in a format that you can keep forever.

My images will tell a story, your story.
